Institutional Web Management Workshop 2002:

Please note that bookings closed at the end of Wednesday 5 June 2002.

Workshop delegates who have not done so already should make their choice for the parallel sessions.

This is the booking form for the Institutional Web Management: The Pervasive Web workshop which will be held at the University of Strathclyde. Registration begins on Monday, 17th June 2002, and the workshop programme begins first thing on Tuesday 18th June 2002. The workshop finishes at lunchtime on Thursday 20th June 2002.

The workshop is open to members of the UK Higher and Further Education communities and related HE and FE agencies, although others may be admitted if space is available. Delegates representing non-profit making organisations (e.g. public libraries, local and central government, registered charities) can attend at a special rate, which is detailed below. There is a further rate for commercial organisations which is available from the event organisers.

As high demand is expected, please submit your booking as soon as possible. The closing date for receipt of booking forms is Tuesday 4th June 2002. Late bookings can be considered after this date, but may be subject to an additional administration fee.

The cost is £325 per person. This includes accommodation for the nights of Monday 17th June, Tuesday 18th June and Wednesday 19th, all meals except evening meals on the 17th and 19th June, workshop materials and social events. The cost for delegates who do not require accommodation is £250. These prices are applicable to members of Higher and Further Educational Institutions and Research Council and other bodies within the Higher and Further Education communities. The fee to delegates from other public sector organisations is £395 plus VAT. Accommodation

As mentioned above, the accommodation is for Monday-Wednesday evening. If you would like to book extra nights either before or after the event you must take responsibility for this yourself. Information about accommodation in Glasgow can be found from Smoothhound.

Cancellation Policy

No refund will be given for cancellations received after 10th June, but we can take a substitute delegate. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged between 14th May - 10th June and a 25% cancellation before 14th May.
