This is the booking form for the Institutional Web Management 2005: Whose Web Is It Anyway? workshop which will be held at the University of Manchester on 6-8th July 2005.

Please note that registration for the workshop closed at 20:30 on Friday 10th June 2005.

The workshop is aimed primarily for members of the UK Higher and Further Education communities and related agencies. Delegates representing non-profit making organisations (e.g. public libraries, local and central government, registered charities, etc.) can attend but should be aware that the content of the event relates to the interests of the Higher and Further Education sectors. There is a further rate for commercial organisations which is available from the event organisers.

Please note that in order to avoid fraudulent applications, we will NOT normally accept applications from Hotmail (and similar) accounts. Also note that no support will be given for visa applications.

The cost is £335 per person (including 2 nights accommodation) or £275 per person (no accommodation).

The delegate fee includes full attendance at the workshop, conference materials, refreshments and lunch, workshop dinner and social events.

This booking form constitutes a legally binding contract. In the unlikely event of cancellation, the organisers will make a full refund but disclaim any further liability.

Section 7 - Exhibition And Poster Display
Participation In Poster Display / Exhibition:
There will be an accompanying poster display and exhibition. The exhibition will provide an opportunity for national services, commercial suppliers, etc. to inform the Web management community of their services. The Poster Display will provide an opportunity for workshop delegates to describe areas of work they have been involved in by providing small poster displays.
In order to help with the planning, please indicate if you are interested in taking part in the exhibition and/or poster display. Note that this will not be treated as a firm commitment.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings should be received by 10th June 2005 (and not 24 June as originally stated). Cancellations up to 24th June will incur a 50% cancellation fee. For cancellations received from 25th June to 30th June there will be a 75% cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 1st July. A substitute delegate is acceptable but please ensure that you notify Natasha Bishop of any changes prior to the workshop.
