This is the booking form for the Institutional Web
Management workshop which will be held at Queen's University
Belfast from Monday 25th - Wednesday 27th June 2001.
The Workshop is open to all members of the UK Higher and Further
Education communities, although others may be admitted by
arrangement with the organising committee. Delegates representing
non-profit making organisations (e.g. public libraries, local and
central government, registered charities) can be admitted for a
special rate, which is detailed below. There is a further rate for
commercial organisations which is available from the event
As high demand is expected, please submit your booking as soon
as possible. The closing date for receipt of booking forms
is Monday 4th June 2001. Late bookings can be considered
after this date, but may be subject to an additional
The cost is £250 per person. This includes accommodation
for the nights of Sunday 24th June, Monday 25th June and Tuesday 26th June,
all meals except evening meals on the 24th and 26th June, workshop
materials and social events. The cost for day day delegates is
£180. These prices are applicable to members of Higher and
Further Educational Institutions and Research Council and other
bodies within the Higher Education community. The fee to delegates
from other public sector organisations is £295. People from

No refund will be given for cancellations received after 8th
June, but we can take a substitute delegate. A 50% cancellation
fee will be charged between 14th May - 7th June and a 25%
cancellation before 14th May.
