Sarah Ormes left UKOLN on 31 March 2001.
Her post as Public Library Networking Focus was concerned with exploring how public libraries can and are making use of computer networking. This involved setting up projects and networking initiatives, helping to raise awareness about public library networking and disseminating research findings. There was a considerable amount of collaboration with Project Earl and other British Library funded initiatives.
More information about UKOLN's public library networking activities can be found on our public library pages. More information about Sarah can be found on her personal home page.
