This is the booking form for the Institutional Web Management workshop which will be held at the University on Bath from 6-8th September 2000.

STOP PRESS: The workshop is now full.

The Workshop is open to all members of the UK Higher and Further Education communities, although others may be admitted by arrangement with the Organising Committee. Delegates representing non-profit making organisations (e.g. Libraries, registered charities) can be admitted for a special rate, and commercial organisations can be admitted on a daily basis.

Booking for the Workshop is now open. As high demand is expected, please submit your booking as soon as possible. The closing date for receipt of booking forms is Friday 11 August 2000. Late bookings can be considered after this date, but may be subject to an additional administration fee.

The cost is £245 per person (which includes 2 nights accommodation in Polden Court), £230 (which includes 2 nights accommodation in Westwood) or £180 (without accommodation). The price is applicable to members of Higher and Further Educational Institutions and Research Council and other bodies within the Higher Education community. A slightly higher fee will be charged to other public sector organisations. People from the commercial sector should contact the Workshop Organisers for details of rates.

The cost includes all conference accommodation, meals and materials and the social programme. Early booking is advised.

The closing date for bookings is 11 August 2000.

Accommodation

Polden Court is a residential block on the University Campus with 50 rooms reserved for conference delegates. The rooms are comfortably furnished and are fully ensuite. Four of the rooms are equipped for disabled delegates.
Westwood is student accommodation close by. The rooms are smaller but are ensuite with shower and WC.

Both blocks are close to the University main buildings where the restaurant and meeting rooms are situated.

Cancellations
No refund will be given for cancellations received after 29th August, but we can take a substitute delegate. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged between 11th-29th August and a 25% cancellation before 11th August.
