Draft Timetable

1. Web Site Accessibility overview (presentation) [20 minutes]
2. Demonstration of validation tools, Introduction to guidelines [10 minutes]
3. Break up the class into smaller work groups of 3-5 people and assess each other's Web sites using validation tools and guidelines [30 minutes]
4. Each group to summarize findings [15 minutes]
5. Offer accessibility toolkit & provide a reading list [15 minutes]

Learning Objectives

By the end of the workshop it is hoped that participants will have a new found awareness of Web site accessibility issues and a toolkit to aid in the development of accessible Web sites.
