- The presentation provided an update on progress on research information management in the UK, focusing primarily on the reasons why it was being increasingly viewed as strategically important by both funding bodies and HEIs (e.g. research evaluation, business planning), also outlining some recent initiatives and projects funded by the JISC - including the potential establishment of a data sharing infrastructure for research information management based on CERIF.
