The Good, the Bad and the Ugly: Style and design in Website creation.
Abstract
Chris  discussed design and accessibility issues, quoting from guidelines issued by the WC3 (a consortium that develops common web protocols to promote its evolution and ensure interoperability) and the Government’s recently released consultation document of guidelines for the use, management and design of public sector web sites.

Biographical Details

Chris Webster joined the EARL team in June 1999. His main responsibilities include managing the EARL Website acting as listowner of EARL discussion lists, maintaining partner Web pages, maintaining the Library and Information Commission Website and running an informal current awareness service for partners via the earl-contacts discussion list.
