Open Data and the Institutional Web

A two day event hacking content, systems and services for institutional / open data

Palmer 106, Palmer Building, Reading University, Shinfield Road, Reading, RG6 6UR.

Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th July, 2011.

Venue

The venue where the event is taking place is Palmer 106 (room number), Palmer Building, Reading University, Shinfield Road, Reading, RG6 6AA. Registration is between 9-10am. The event starts at 10am prompt.

The event is free to all those booked (including free accommodation), there is no registration fee. These events aren't cheap to organise and there is therefore a no show fee of £100, if you are unable to attend (once booked) and unable to find a replacement without good reason.

Accomodation will be provided free on campus, details below:

Check In

You can collect your keys from 2pm at the Park Group Reception located on the ground floor of Windsor Hall.
This Reception is manned until 11pm but there is a buzzer for security if you are out of these hours.

Check Out
Check out is at 9am on the day of departure. Luggage storage will be available in G09 in the Palmer Building (next to IWMW Registration desk).

The rooms are basic single student rooms which are ensuite. Towels, bedding, a pillow pack (shampoo and shower gel), are provided. Tea and coffee facilities are available in the kitchens on each floor of the accommodation.

Breakfast is located in the Park Lounge opposite the Park Group Reception.
