Brief notes from the 2nd concertation day breakout groups

It should be possible to store an 'internal' (library or archival) identifier in the dc:identifier attribute. (Change to the data entry guidelines).
Queries over the long term use/life of the schema.
Query over dispersed collections - where material is scattered through other collections.
dc:language attribute should use the 3 letter code in addition to the 2 letter code.
Need to be able to identify 'associated' collections.
Need 'note' attribute for additional information.
Query on use of 'accrual' vs. 'aquisition'.
cld:accessControl needs to be able to record something about the physical status of the collection.
Query over replication of data between prtoject and central database.
Need to add addition 'role' attribute for agents.
Query over how to indicate the 'role' of contributors.
Query over rights over items vs. rights over collection.
ISAD(G)/EAD mapping required.
Query over access model - SQL vs. RDF
Central search should support search by location.
Implementations will need metadata about each record (meta-metadata). E.g. infor about who created the collection description.
Search tool must support full-text searching (of the collection descriptions).
Need additional 'notes' attribute.
Query - language vs. country
Need to add holding location attribute.
Authority control
Quality control - query possibility for automated quality control.
