Bookings for the Institutional Web Management Workshop 2008 have now officially closed. If you would like to be added to the waiting list please email your contact details to events@ukoln.ac.uk.

This is the booking form for the Institutional Web Management 2008: The Great Debate workshop which will be held at the University of Aberdeen on 22-24th July 2008.

The workshop is aimed primarily at members of the UK Higher and Further Education communities and related agencies. Delegates representing non-profit making organisations (e.g. public libraries, local and central government, registered charities, etc.) can attend but should be aware that the content of the event relates to the interests of the Higher and Further Education sectors. There is a further rate for commercial organisations which is available from the event organisers.

Please note that in order to avoid fraudulent applications, we will NOT normally accept applications from Hotmail (and similar) accounts. Also note that no support will be given for visa applications.

The cost is £370 per person with 2 nights ensuite accommodation, £350 per person with 2 nights' standard accommodation or £315 per person with no accommodation. Special rates are given for speakers, facilitator and panelists.

The delegate fee includes full attendance at the workshop, conference materials, refreshments and lunch, workshop dinner and social events.

This booking form constitutes a legally binding contract. In the unlikely event of cancellation, the organisers will make a full refund but disclaim any further liability.

This accommodation is for the nights of Tuesday 22nd July and Wednesday 23rd July. We only have a limited number of ensuite bedrooms. These will be offered on a first come first served basis. Standard accommodation uses shared facilities.

Costs include refreshments and meals, social activities and workshop materials.
Additional accommodation for Monday 21st July
Delegates requiring an extra nights accommodation for the night of Monday 21st July are asked to book this independently with the University of Aberdeen.

It is essential that when you book your room you state that you are staying for the IWMW conference and that you need to stay in the same room throughout your stay conference.

If you are requesting ensuite accommodation this will be in Crombie Halls and standard accommodation will be in Johnston Halls.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings should be received by 6th June 2008. Cancellations up to 11th July 2008 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 11th July 2008. A substitute delegate is acceptable but please ensure that you notify Natasha Bishop. of any changes prior to the workshop.
