RSS Files For MLA North East Workshop

RSS Feeds For Demonstration At MLA-NE Seminar

RSS files containing details of a number of cultural heritage organisations in the north east region have been created for the MLA NE workshop. The aim is to demonstrate how resources to be syndicated, by embedded them on remote Web sites

Please note that the information was gathered from the lists of museums, libraries and archives held on the MLA North East Web site.

OPML Files

OPML files are available which allow groups of RSS files to be managed collectively. The following OPML files are available:

Note that a number of experimental OPML viewers are available:

Embedding Content In Your Own Web Site

The RSS and OPML files can be accessed using dedicated RSS viewers. In addition you may wish to embed the content within your own Web site.

The Grazr OPML viewer provides a simple mechanism for embedding the content. Please note, however:

• The Grazr viewer will only work in JavaScript-enabled browsers
• The Grazr software is hosted by an external third-party service. The service may cease to work if the company changes its policies.
• We do not provide an endorsement of this particular application.
