Bookings should be received by October 22nd. Cancellations after this date will incur a cancellation fee of £50. However a substitute delegate is acceptable.

I understand the fee for the conference is £95 per person.

Accommodation is not included in this fee. There will be a limited number of rooms available on the University of Bath's Campus which will cost £36.15 for one night's Bed and Breakfast. Please indicate on this form whether you wish us to try and reserve one of these rooms for you. The cost of the room will be included in your invoice.

If possible please reserve me a room on Bath University campus at a cost of £36.15 (we will contact you immediately if there is no more accommodation available on campus).
I will organise my own accommodation and the payment for it.

This booking form constitutes a legally binding contract. In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled, the organisers will make a full refund but disclaim any further liability.
