The eighth MODELS workshop took place at the Stakis Hotel in Bath, on 28-29 January 1999. It was chaired by Richard Heseltine, University of Hull.

• A non-technical briefing document on IMS to be produced - UK IMS Centre

• Explore putting something from eLib into Nathan Boddington building - eLib Standards Working Group
• CD-ROM and web site on existing IMS products to be produced - UK IMS Centre (this forms part of reporting to JISC)
