Details of how to use the lis-elib-managers mailing list, and pointers to some of the more significant discussions on it.
Purpose of the list
This list has been set up as an open list initially (ie anyone can join), but I will only send the invitation to known project directors or managers. You decide who should join; you may have several members on the list if you wish (this can be quite a good idea, to cover absences, especially of the project director who often has other heavy responsibilities), but bear in mind that reading unnecessary email uses up time, so you are not likely to need every project member on this list.(Chris Rusbridge, list owner)

Basic list interaction
To join lis-elib-managers send the command:- Join lis-elib-managers firstname(s) lastname
