	Credit card (Visa or MasterCard only). This site does not offer secure payment facilities. This booking form constitutes a legally binding contract. In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled, the organisers will make a full refund but disclaim any further liability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The fee for the conference is £70.00. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 20 February. A substitute delegate is acceptable but please ensure that you notify Sara Hassen of any changes prior to the conference.
