B1: Approaches To Web Resource Preservation

In a follow up to James Currall's plenary talk on The Tangled Web is but a Fleeting Dream ...but then again... this session will discuss the issue of Web Preservation (What should we actually preserve? What about IPR? It's all moving too fast!) and look at practical approaches your institution can take to preserve its Web resources. We will look at a range of possibilities from lightweight solutions, such as having a URI naming policy, to more durable resolutions and national initiatives.
