Aims Of This Exercise

This exercise is intended for use in discussion groups. The aim of the exercise is to use the printed Electronic Publications to decide on a set of defining criteria for:

· Electronic Magazines

· Electronic Journals

· Webzines

· Electronic Newspapers

A3.1 Assessment Of Electronic Publications

In your groups have a look at the printed Electronic Publications provided and decide on which are Electronic Magazines, Electronic Journals, Webzines or Electronic Newspapers.

A3.2 Comparison With Web sites

In your groups write down a list of differences between these Electronic Publications and their possible Web site counterparts i.e. what are the differences betwen having/maintaining a Web site or an Electronic Publication?
