	Cheque or banker's draft, made payable to the 'The University of Bath'. Please send to: The Events & Marketing Team UKOLN The Library University of Bath Bath BA2 7AY and ensure the invoice number is written on the back of the cheque.
	Credit card (Visa or MasterCard only). This site does not offer secure payment facilities. To ensure security you can contact Michelle Smith tel: 01225 384488 or fax: + 44 (0)1225 386838 with your credit card details. When faxing, we need your name as it appears on the card, expiry date and card number. Your payment cannot be processed without your invoice number.Please do not call us until you receive your invoice number.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings should be received by 26^th October 2007. Cancellations up to 26^th October will incur a 50% cancellation fee. For cancellations received from 27^th October to 2^nd November there will be a 75% cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 2^nd November. A substitute delegate is acceptable but please ensure that you notify Michelle Smith of any changes prior to the workshop.
