    • “Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the rights of data subjects under this Act.”
      i.e.
      to request a copy of personal data
      to prevent processing likely to cause substantial damage or distress
      to prevent processing for direct marketing purposes
      not to be subject to automated decision taking.
